Vivo has unveiled the Pad3 tablet featuring the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 processor. It comes with up to 12GB of RAM and 512GB of storage, running on OriginOS 4 with Android 14, though details on Android version updates remain unclear.
The Vivo Pad3 is built around a 12.1-inch LCD display with a 144Hz refresh rate. It boasts a 2800 × 1968 pixels resolution and a 7:5 aspect ratio. The screen achieves 600 nits brightness per square meter, supports HDR10, and displays 1.07 billion colors.

Additionally, the display supports natural color temperature adjustment for eye comfort, anti-fatigue brightness adjustment, and elderly-friendly color modes.
The Vivo Pad3 features an 8-megapixel rear camera and a 5-megapixel front camera. It is powered by a 10000 mAh battery that can be charged up to 44W via USB-C.
Other notable features of the Vivo Pad3 include a setup of 6 speakers with 3D panoramic sound, a three-dimensional heat dissipation system covering an area of 27500 mm², hardware ray tracing for gaming, and Vivo’s BlueLM AI model internally.
The Vivo Pad3 also supports the vivo Pencil2s stylus and Smart Touch Keyboard, sold separately.
Pre-orders for the Vivo Pad3 are available in China through Vivo’s official website, and sales will start on July 5.
