Huawei has announced the distinctive MatePad SE 11 tablet, featuring a metal design and launching globally at a low cost.
The MatePad SE 11 features an 11-inch TFT LCD (IPS) display with a resolution of 1920 by 1200 pixels. The screen occupies 85% of the device’s frame, boasts a brightness of 400 nits, a contrast ratio of 1400:1, and supports the production of 16.7 million colors. Additionally, it offers 100% sRGB color gamut accuracy and includes an eBook reading mode.
Huawei has not disclosed the processor category supporting the device, but expectations suggest it could come with either a Kirin 710A or Snapdragon 680 processor.
Furthermore, the MatePad SE 11 runs on HarmonyOS 2.0, facilitating content sharing across multiple screens and smooth data transfer. Its features include multitasking support, a children’s mode, the “MeeTime” video call feature, and storage options of 64GB or 128GB with choices of 4GB, 6GB, or 8GB of RAM.
The MatePad SE 11 sports an 8-megapixel rear camera and a 5-megapixel front camera for selfies and video calls. It is powered by a 7700mAh battery with 22.5W fast charging support. Additionally, it supports the M-Pen Lite stylus for note-taking or drawing.
For connectivity, the device supports Wi-Fi (2.4GHz and 5GHz), Bluetooth 5.1, a USB-C port, an ambient light sensor for screen brightness adjustment, a microphone, and four speakers with Huawei Histen 9.0 audio system. The device also supports USB OTG.
