Lenovo recently teased its YOGA Pro 2024 laptop series in China.

The series includes models such as the YOGA Pro 14s High-Performance and YOGA Pro 16s Supreme Edition. Both devices come equipped with some impressive hardware, especially the new Intel Core Ultra chips that offer up to 25% less power consumption while delivering powerful performance.

Additionally, they include Intel AI Boost technology aimed at accelerating AI-dependent tasks like photo and video editing, potentially providing up to 70% faster performance in AI-related tasks.

These laptops feature a six-speaker Dolby Atmos sound system and PURESIGHT displays, tailored for professional creative software like Photoshop and Premiere Pro.

The YOGA Pro 16s Supreme Edition features a 16-inch LED touchscreen display with a resolution of 3200 × 2000 and a 165Hz refresh rate with brightness up to 1000 nits per square meter.

The device offers two processor options: Intel Core Ultra 7 155H / Ultra 9 185H, paired with LPDDR5x RAM options of 16GB/32GB/64GB, and options to include up to 4 M.2 NVME SSD drives.

The laptop comes with three graphics processing unit options, including NVIDIA’s RTX 4050, 4060, and 4070.

The Supreme Edition also includes a 5-megapixel webcam with face recognition for security and video calls. Depending on the specifications, it offers an 84-watt-hour battery paired with a 100-watt/170-watt power adapter.

Furthermore, the high-performance model offers options for the Core Ultra 5 125H / Ultra 7 155 / Ultra 9 185H CPU paired with RTX 4050 / 4060 GPUs.

The device features 4 PCIe 4.0 slots for SSD drives and two RAM options: 16GB / 32GB LPDDR5x.

Customers will have three screen options, including a 14.5-inch 2.5K IPS panel, a 2.8K OLED panel, and a 3K IPS touchscreen.

The device features a 1080p webcam that also provides Face ID recognition. The battery capacity is 73 watt-hours with a 100-watt/140-watt power adapter depending on the model.

Despite the high specifications, it will be relatively lightweight, ranging from 1.49 kg to 1.59 kg depending on the model.

Both laptops will be launched on April 18 in China. We expect them to appear for the first time in the global market under a different name.
