Recently, the OnePlus 11 received the OxygenOS 14 update for February, which seems to have introduced some problems.

Apparently, the camera on the phone has been behaving erratically since the update. In some cases, the camera app crashes after taking three photos.

Some users have complained about their photos not being saved. These complaints are being posted on the official OnePlus forums via AndroidCentral.

If you’re experiencing issues with your OnePlus 11 phone since installing the February OxygenOS 14 update, you should report it to the company.

You can contact OnePlus by clicking on this link and filling out a form that includes your email, name, country, and phone number.

You’ll be asked to specify which OnePlus device your complaint relates to from the dropdown menu that ranges from the OnePlus One series to the OnePlus 12 series. You should include the unique IMEI number for your phone, which you can find by going to Settings > About Phone > IMEI.

Write a subject for your complaint, such as “OnePlus 11 camera issues after February update.” Provide details of your complaint and add any files (such as photos) if appropriate, and check the box indicating your consent for OnePlus to process your personal data for support purposes.

When you’re ready, click on the red bar indicating “Submit your query,” and your inquiry will reach the people at OnePlus who can address it.

At this moment, the camera glitch affects only the OnePlus 11 phone. The device’s rear camera setup includes a 50-megapixel sensor supporting the primary camera, a 32-megapixel telephoto camera with 2x optical zoom, and a 48-megapixel ultra-wide camera. There’s also a 16-megapixel front-facing camera for selfies and video calls.
