Generative artificial intelligence is the prevailing trend these days, and for about a year and a half, technology has been finding its way into applications, phones, and everything you have.

Now, artificial intelligence has also been added to Spotify, and the technology will help you create instant playlists, according to Android Authority reports.

The new feature is in the trial period and is currently only available to Premium users in Australia and the United Kingdom.

Spotify announced the feature for Premium users on April 7. The new feature will allow you to create playlists by demand.

Examples of demands include “comforting music to help me through allergy season” and “a playlist that makes me feel like the main character.” As you can see, these are not simple commands, and it will be very interesting to see what artificial intelligence can include in these playlists.

Artificial intelligence demands can include places, animals, activities, colors, emojis, and even movie characters. The best demands combine mood, artists, genres, and decades.

Playlists can be further enhanced through follow-up demands. Of course, Spotify has measures to prevent abusive demands, but at this stage, it is not clear what those demands are.

Currently, the launch is still in the trial phase. We hope that more markets will soon get this exciting and useful feature, but Spotify has not disclosed a timeline for its release so far.
