Infinix has stepped up its game in the mid-range smartphone market with the Infinix GT 10 Pro, and today we’ll be looking at the pros and cons of this device.

Featuring a unique design that hints at the expected future of smartphones, Infinix has introduced the GT 10 Pro with LED lighting on the back cover, giving it a sleek finish for a mid-range offering.

Infinix GT 10 Pro

The Infinix GT 10 Pro boasts a “Cyber-Mecha” design, which includes 3D LED lighting effects with a plastic back cover design inspired by cyberpunk aesthetics. The white LED strips light up during gaming sessions, notifications, calls, or to indicate charging status. Despite the plastic back cover, the LED strips draw attention away from fingerprint smudges that may appear on the phone. The GT 10 Pro is available in two color options: black and silver.

Infinix GT 10 Pro

The phone features a 6.67-inch OLED display with Full HD resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. It also comes with a high PWM dimming rate for better brightness control and user comfort. However, HDR support is missing from the display specs, although Widevine L1 technology supports streaming high-quality video content from services like Netflix and Amazon Prime.

The Infinix GT 10 Pro is equipped with a 5000mAh battery that offers good performance in terms of screen-on time. The phone also supports 45W fast charging, allowing for quick battery replenishment.

Infinix launched this model with XOS 13, also known as Pure XOS, based on Android 13. The company assures that the Infinix GT 10 Pro will support the next version update of the operating system, and it will receive software security updates for two years. Infinix also offers a high level of customization through the XOS 13 interface, with a limited number of pre-installed apps that can be easily removed.

Infinix GT 10 Pro

The Infinix GT 10 Pro features additional cooling systems for enhanced gaming stability. The Dimensity 8050 processor in this model delivers consistent gaming performance and intelligent performance prediction, supporting gaming at 120Hz frame rates.

Infinix GT 10 Pro

The GT 10 Pro features a 108-megapixel main camera with a wide lens aperture, capturing more light for detailed shots with a wide dynamic range and higher color accuracy.

Artificial intelligence technology enhances color saturation. While the phone’s camera setup lacks ultra-wide-angle capabilities, the main camera excels in low-light conditions.

Infinix GT 10 Pro

The phone supports 4K video recording at 30 frames per second, with optical stabilization in “Ultra Steady” mode, offering better video recording performance at 1080p resolution.

The Infinix GT 10 Pro stands out in the mid-range smartphone category with its unconventional Cyber-Mecha design featuring distinctive LED lighting effects.

It offers good gaming performance but may not excel in all games. Additionally, it boasts an OLED display, supports fast charging, provides ample storage capacity, and delivers impressive performance in the main camera department, making it a compelling choice in the mid-range segment.
