Elon Musk, CEO of X, stressed the importance of supporting user privacy when liking posts on the social platform, setting higher standards for user protection and avoiding attacks due to wanting a post.
It’s noted that this change needs to be better received by content creators and influencers on Platform X, citing difficulties in tracking post engagements, along with the potential for increased manipulation of fake likes on Platform X. However, it will support other users seeking privacy, often requiring a move to a paid service.
