Infinix has unveiled its latest low-cost gaming smartphone, the Infinix GT 20 Pro, featuring a 144Hz refresh rate screen and a dedicated gaming chipset.

The Infinix GT 20 Pro boasts a 6.78-inch AMOLED display with FHD+ resolution. The phone features slim bezels with a thickness of 2.1mm, allowing the screen to occupy 94.3% of the phone’s body.

The screen supports a 144Hz refresh rate, with a brightness rating of 1300 nits and a 2340Hz PWM dimming. The phone also features a DCI-P3 color gamut and an in-display fingerprint sensor.

Additionally, the GT 20 Pro is powered by the Dimensity 8200 Ultimate processor, with either 8GB or 12GB of LPDDR5x RAM and 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage. The phone also supports virtual RAM up to 12GB.

The Infinix GT 20 Pro comes with a dedicated gaming display chip to enhance gaming performance. It utilizes Pixelworks X5 Turbo technology, MEMC, and Game Optical Optimization to boost frame rates in games to 120fps.

The phone is equipped with a 5000mAh battery and supports 45W fast charging technology, including features like PD 3.0, Hyper Charge mode, and Bypass Charging.

The GT 20 Pro runs on the custom XOS 14 interface based on Android 14. Infinix plans to support system updates for two years and security updates for three years.

For immersive gaming experiences, Infinix has partnered with JBL to provide dual speakers and an x-axis vibration motor.

In terms of camera setup, the GT 20 Pro features a 108MP primary sensor with optical image stabilization, along with two 2MP sensors, while the selfie camera boasts a 32MP resolution.

Connectivity options include Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth, GPS, NFC, IR blaster, and USB-C port. The phone is IP54 rated for water and dust resistance and measures 164.26 x 75.43 x 8.15mm, weighing 194 grams.

The device will be available in blue, orange, and silver colors, priced at SAR 1299 for the main variant with 8GB RAM and 256GB storage.
