The promotional campaign for the upcoming Nothing Phone (2a) is in full swing ahead of the official unveiling of the phone on March 5.

Nothing Phone (2a) Will Not Feature MediaTek Dimensity 7200 Processor

Today, the company’s CEO, Carl Pei, stated that the Phone (2a) will not be powered by the Dimensity 7200 chip from MediaTek, contradicting many rumors we’ve heard in recent weeks.

Nothing is expected to announce the processor on February 20 at 10 a.m. London time, just a few hours from now. This leaves us little time to speculate on what processor will be used in the phone.

Some individuals on the X platform expect the processor to be the “Dimensity 7200 Ultra” or some other “custom” chips.
