MSI has announced its latest gaming laptop, the Pulse 17 AI 2024, featuring an Intel Core Ultra 9 processor, along with RTX 4060 or 4070 graphics cards, starting at $1506.

The Pulse 17 AI 2024 boasts a 17-inch display with a resolution of 2560 by 1600 pixels, supporting a 240Hz refresh rate. The screen also offers 100% DCI-P3 color gamut coverage, providing top-quality gaming visuals.

This version is powered by the Intel Core Ultra 9-185H processor and offers a choice between NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 or RTX 4070 graphics cards.

Additionally, the laptop comes with 32GB of DDR5 RAM and a 1TB PCIe 4.0 SSD, ensuring high-speed gaming and multitasking performance. MSI supports the device with AI technology through its MSI AI Engine and MSI AI Artist, automatically adjusting settings for optimal gaming performance based on user habits.

The “MSI AI Artist” feature supports users in creating images and text through simple commands, enhancing the user’s creative experience.

The device also features “Cooler Boost” technology, stabilizing the device’s temperature during intense gaming sessions, with a new cooling system design that includes shared heat pipes to dissipate heat from the CPU and GPU, along with dual large fans to enhance cooling efficiency.

The Pulse 17 AI 2024 supports Wi-Fi 6E technology and comes with a 90WHr battery. For connectivity, the laptop includes a USB-C 3.2 Gen 2 port, three USB-A 3.2 Gen 1 ports, an RJ45 port, and a 3.5mm headphone jack.

MSI also offers a powerful audio experience with Hi-Res standards support to ensure lossless audio, and the software enhances audio features as well.

Additionally, the Pulse 17 AI 2024 features an RGB-backlit keyboard covering 24 zones and includes security features such as a physical camera switch key and Kensington lock.

The base model of the device comes with an RTX 4060 graphics card and a price of $1506, while the higher-end model with an RTX 4070 graphics card is priced at $1760.
