Apple will soon release iOS 18, focusing on artificial intelligence (AI) technology. Recent details indicate that one of the AI features in this update will allow users to create emojis.

Apple aims to enhance user experience in the upcoming iOS update, primarily focusing on integrating AI features to provide optimal support for users. Among the anticipated features is the ability to generate emojis using AI. This can be done through voice commands or text input specifying the desired emoji design.

In a Bloomberg report, Analyst Mark Gurman noted that this feature will offer users an enjoyable way to create customized emojis that better express their individuality, enhancing their interaction with others.

Gurman also mentioned that AI features in iOS 18 will provide options for customizing app icons on the iPhone’s interface. Users can choose icon colours and rearrange the interface in a new, personalized way, moving away from the traditional iPhone screen layout.

Additionally, some leaks have hinted at an upcoming partnership between Apple and OpenAI to enhance AI features and applications in iOS 18. This collaboration is expected to elevate browsing performance in Safari, improve the digital assistant Siri, and introduce advanced photo editing and transcription tools in the system.
