Intel Launches Intel Core i9-14900KS Processor with Speeds Up to 6.2 GHz

Intel recently announced the Intel Core i9-14900KS processor targeting desktop computers with a turbo speed of up to 6.2 GHz.

Intel has reached a new level in processor frequencies for desktop computers with its new release, the Core i9-14900KS, which is the first to reach speeds of up to 6.2 GHz. This version has gained a 200 MHz improvement compared to the Core i9-14900K and Core i9-13900KS processors.

Despite these performance improvements, the new Intel Core i9-14900KS processor remains compatible with previous versions in some specifications, featuring 24 cores in the processing unit and 32 Threads.

Intel Core i9-14900KS

The KS model of the 14th generation of Intel processors is characterized by a higher base power of up to 150W. Additionally, the processor comes with 36 megabytes of cache memory and 192 gigabytes of RAM, along with the Intel Graphics 770 card, which has a base frequency of 300 MHz and a maximum dynamic frequency of 1.65 GHz.

Intel has already started selling the Core i9-14900KS processor in retail channels at a price of $699, and it is also available for manufacturers.
