Infinix is gearing up to hold an event on March 18 for the official announcement of the Infinix Note 40 series, and the company has confirmed that these versions come with a custom Cheetah X1 chip for charging.

Some of Infinix’s upcoming releases from the Note 40 series will feature the Cheetah X1 chip designed to manage charging operations in the phone. The chip supports a technology known as “All-Round FastCharge 2.0,” which can boost wired charging to 260W and wireless charging to 110W.

The X1 chip is expected to specifically support 100W charging in the upcoming versions. Additionally, the Cheetah X1 chip will extend the battery’s lifespan by improving charging rates.
