Honor recently launched the MagicBook X16 2024 Ryzen Edition in the Chinese market, available in the silver “Glacier” color with 16GB of RAM and 512GB of storage, priced at $415.

The Ryzen edition of the MagicBook X16 2024 features a sleek design with a thickness of 17.9mm and a weight of 1.75kg. This edition also includes a 16-inch IPS display with FHD+ resolution and a 16:10 aspect ratio. Additionally, the device boasts a matte finish design.

The screen supports a brightness of 300 nits and comes with “TUV Rheinland” certification, ensuring reduced blue light impact for user comfort. The display also features advanced technology from the company to emit light that mimics natural light.

MagicBook X16 2024 Ryzen

This edition is powered by the Ryzen 5-7640HS processor, based on the Zen 4 architecture, featuring 6 cores and 12 threads, and comes with an integrated Radeon 760M graphics card.

The device also offers two performance modes, allowing users to switch between 35W and 45W performance levels easily by pressing Fn+P.

The laptop is equipped with a robust cooling system to handle intensive workloads, which includes two large-diameter heat pipes and a high-performance fan with thin “S” shaped blades. Honor has confirmed the cooling system’s efficiency in dissipating heat.

The Ryzen edition MagicBook X16 also features a 60Wh battery, providing up to 13.5 hours of usage time, and up to 11.8 hours of video playback at 1080p resolution. The device supports 65W fast charging technology.

Additionally, the laptop supports smart connectivity features, including sharing the keyboard, mouse, calls, camera, and notifications across different Honor devices.

The device also includes 2 USB-A 3.2 Gen 1 ports, a USB4 port with data transfer speeds up to 20Gbps, an HDMI port, and a 3.5mm headphone jack.
