Google has updated the Docs, Slides, and Sheets apps with a new design for the app interfaces to support users of Android tablets.

The new updates for the document, presentation, and spreadsheet apps feature a redesigned interface to provide seamless text writing and editing tasks for users of Android tablets.

The three apps come with a design that includes a side toolbar in the interface, supporting Android tablet users with better interface formatting without the need for many steps to navigate through the app settings.

Additionally, this new design is expected to support users of Docs, Slides, and Sheets apps on tablets with more efficient organization of images, text, and tabs for a smooth experience in executing tasks in these apps.

Google confirmed in a post on the company’s blog it plans to roll out this feature at the beginning of next month to users of Android tablets.
