Sony is set to unveil its upcoming phone, the Xperia 1 VI, at its next conference on May 17th, and the latest leaks have revealed the expected price for this release.
The Xperia 1 VI has been the subject of many leaks recently, which have unveiled details about its specifications and design.
Previous leaks have highlighted the distinctive design of the rear camera unit, which comes in a larger size compared to the camera of the previous Xperia 1 V model.
The leaks so far have also confirmed that the Xperia 1 VI will not feature a 4K screen like previous models. Additionally, this phone comes with a change in the usual dimensions of Sony’s previous phones.
In the latest details surrounding this release, the price at which the phone will be launched into markets has been revealed. It is expected to be available in the Taiwan market at $1224 or €1143, which is slightly lower priced compared to the previous model, which was launched at $1288.
On the other hand, these new details do not confirm whether Sony will offer the phone at the same pricing level in all markets. Sony is expected to confirm these details at the official event scheduled for next month.
